We understand that you may occasionally need to cancel an order. At Thridle, we aim to make cancellations as simple and transparent as possible. Please read the details below:

1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

  • You can cancel your order only before it is dispatched.
  • Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will fall under our Return & Refund Policy.
  • To cancel, please contact our customer support team at the earliest with your Order ID.

2. How to Cancel

3. Refund After Cancellation

  • If payment has already been made and the order is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be initiated.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 10–15 business days.
  • For COD orders, no refund is applicable unless an advance payment was made.
  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • However, you can apply for a return or refund after delivery as per our Return & Refund Policy.

5. Order Cancellation by Thridle

We reserve the right to cancel an order in the following cases:

  • The product is out of stock
  • Errors in product information or pricing
  • Incomplete or unverifiable shipping address
  • Payment authorization failure

In such cases, you will be notified, and if payment was made, a full refund will be processed within 10–15 business days.

Our team needs 1-2 business days to pack and ship your full order. For larger items, we ask that you allow 3-4 business days. Orders placed after 1:00 pm IST on Friday — or over the weekend — will ship on the next business day.
