We understand that you may occasionally need to cancel an order. At Thridle, we aim to make cancellations as simple and transparent as possible. Please read the details below:
1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
- You can cancel your order only before it is dispatched.
- Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will fall under our Return & Refund Policy.
- To cancel, please contact our customer support team at the earliest with your Order ID.
2. How to Cancel
You may request a cancellation by:

Please include your Order ID in the request for faster processing.
3. Refund After Cancellation
- If payment has already been made and the order is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be initiated.
- Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 10–15 business days.
- For COD orders, no refund is applicable unless an advance payment was made.
- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- However, you can apply for a return or refund after delivery as per our Return & Refund Policy.
5. Order Cancellation by Thridle
We reserve the right to cancel an order in the following cases:
- The product is out of stock
- Errors in product information or pricing
- Incomplete or unverifiable shipping address
- Payment authorization failure
In such cases, you will be notified, and if payment was made, a full refund will be processed within 10–15 business days.
