4. Order Confirmation

  • Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS.
  • Orders are processed only after complete payment confirmation.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch products within the estimated delivery timelines mentioned on the product page.
  • Delivery may vary depending on the shipping location and courier services.
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly shown at checkout.

6. Returns, Exchange & Cancellation

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original packaging and tags are intact

Note:

  • If the tag is removed or damaged, the return or exchange request will not be accepted.
  • Returns are only applicable in case of:
    • Wrong item received
    • Manufacturing defect
    • Damage during transit (must be reported immediately upon receipt)
  • Return requests must be raised within the return window as specified on the product page.
  • Cancellations are only allowed before the order is dispatched.
