At Thridle, we care about your satisfaction. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our refund policy carefully.

1. Eligibility for Refund

  • You received a defective, damaged, or wrong product.
  • A refund request is raised within 3 days of delivery.
  • The product must be in unused, unwashed, and original condition, with:
    • All original tags attached and undamaged
    • Original packaging intact
  • The returned product must pass our quality check inspection.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

  • If the product tag is removed or damaged
  • If the product has been used, washed, or altered
  • Minor variations in color or design due to lighting or screen settings
  • Returned items that are incomplete or missing parts

3. Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and approved by our team, your refund will be initiated within 10–15 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment (Card/UPI/Wallet, etc.).
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed to your bank account or UPI ID after confirmation.

4. Shipping Charges for Returns

  • If the issue is from our side (wrong, damaged, or defective product), return shipping is free.
  • For voluntary returns (personal reasons), return shipping charges may apply or be deducted from the refund.

5. Order Cancellations

  • You can cancel your order only before it is dispatched.
  • Once dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible, and the refund process must follow the return procedure.
